 ASC HR Nylon is a competitively priced, highly abrasion resistant product with excellent “Memory”, allowing for high tension recovery on loads that settle and shift in transit or storage. ASC HR Nylon is the latest product development in the long history of nylon strapping.
This product has proven successful on loads such as: large rolls of plastic pipe and electric cable, formica products, boxes on pallets, masonite sheets and plastic lumber. Standard two-piece tooling with scored/grit seals (serrated), manual combination tools or friction weld tools may be used with ASC HR Nylon strapping.

ASC 3200:
The Model 3200 tensioner is a premium heavy duty product for the highest performance tensioning of all non-metallic strapping, including polyester, HR Nylon and polypropylene. The innovative gripping mechanism holds and releases strapping with a vertical motion providing increased holding power and reduced wear. The heavy duty cutter reduces force required and extends cutter life. A patented windlass return mechanism makes strap loading a breeze. Strapping shields keep the strap end from interfering with the sealing process. Cast metal body parts are of high quality modern ergonomic design for enhanced durability with high quality paint finish.

Uses the 504M50 seal.

ASC PS12TP:
PS12TP. Polypropylene sealer (triple friction grip) Extra long 460mm (18") handles. Available in 1/2 13mm or 5/8" 16mm. The extra long handles make this sealer user friendly.

ASC 3300:
The model 3300 sealer is designed to work with and enhance the application of the ASC 3200 tensioner. The 3300 is a break through solution creating multiple pressure zones to enhance seal efficiency. Staggered jaws allow the tool to be symmetrical, eliminating the need for special tool orientation when sealing.
Cam action jaws apply large closing force on shorter shoulder, reducing sealing effort and increasing jaw life. Unique jaw design requires less clearance between the seal and the surface of the package. Jaws and anvils are made of highest quality heat treated steel. Designed for use with ORP2300, #5020. Can be used with polyester, HR Nylon and polypropylene strapping.
Available in 5/8" 16mm only.
The extra long handles make this sealer user friendly.
